The Island Octopus was founded by husband-wife team Matt and Melissa Gindling. Our store offers aquatic art, fun apparel, handcrafted incense, beach gifts, and souvenirs, in addition to our books. Our goal is to bring tropical beauty and whimsical fun to your everyday! We are both passionate about artwork and books, and have experience with book layout and design, as well as self-publishing, graphic design, and book illustration.
