A roll-on fragrance created at The Island Octopus Incensarium.
You will receive approximately 10 ml (0.34 ounces) of all natural fragrance based in essential oils, absolutes, and infusions blended in a jojoba carrier oil. The Island Octopus' rollerball blends are "wearable incense" versions of our traditional resin-based incense blends and are perfect for casual use during traveling or daily-to-day activities.
*** Fragrance description ***
The Island Christmas fragrance was created side-by-side with our Island Christmas Incense. Most of the ingredients are the same, with the essential oils and absolutes replacing the raw ingredients. Some ratio modifications were necessary for providing a smooth transition into the aqueous form. This fragrance was created with the intent to meld the fresh airy quality of Copal Blanco with the rich evergreen characteristics of Balsam Fir.
Island Christmas is based primarily in Copal Blanco essential oil, then blended with Balsam Fir, Piñon Pine, Black Spruce and other coniferous oils. The aroma of warm wood was captured with the addition of Palo Santo and Sandalwood absolute, sweetened with small amounts of Benzoin and Balsam oils. Bay West Indies and Star Anise create an alluring spicy depth, which is balanced by a liberal amount of White Champaca oil. Finally, a backdrop of vanilla and other floral, sweet, earthy notes makes this an uplifting and one of a kind scent for the festive holiday season.
